Evolution Racing becomes the first to offer an accident replacement policy.

At a cost to you of:

Your Evolution Sulky will be replaced with a brand new Evolution Sulky if you are engaged in an accident or if your Sulky goes down while racing or warming up. The only additional cost to you would be for shipping and handling. This policy is transferable, but not refundable.

Your Evolution Sulky will be replaced with a brand new Sulky for as long as your policy remains in effect. Policy is computed annually (January thru December) and will be pro-rated based on your policy purchase date. Any additional coverage awarded to you in the event of an accident, becomes the property of Evolution Racing.

Since hidden damage can result when Sulky goes down that could result in injury, use of the Sulky is solely at your own risk. Under no circumstances will Evolution Racing or Aerospoke Corporation be liable for any injury whether direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential that results from the use of the Sulky.

Please Note: This Accident Replacement Policy is only valid on an Evolution Sulky and only while racing or during warm-up. This does not cover normal wear or tear or damages incurred while training or for any other reasons.
